Terms & Conditions
Please note: Pitches are available from midday on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure.
Late departures by prior arrangement only.
Latest arrival time: 7:30pm.
Please notify us prior to arrival if you have a left hand caravan/motorhome/campervan.
Awnings
We ask that people use only breathable groundsheets, with no mats on top.
Please note we do not accept gazebos.
BBQ's
BBQ's are allowed but please observe the following conditions:
- Be aware of the nearest fire points and never leave the BBQ unattended
- Gas or BBQ coals only as the burning of wood is not allowed
- To ensure the safety to all our customers Fires/Fire Pits are not allowed
Dogs
We are a dog friendly site but please observe the following conditions:
- Dogs must be exercised off site and
kept on a lead at all times
- Please ensure to clean up any accidents immediately.
Due to safety reasons the flying of KITES or DRONES is not allowed.
Charging of Electric Vehicles
The electric supply on site is not suitable for the use of charging electric cars and is definitely not suitable to be plugged in through the caravan with a 3 pin plug as the caravan circuits are not up that load. It isn't about overloading the supply it is about overheating and therefore causing a serious fire risk.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the site if found to not be complying with the above.
Here at Creampots we want all our campers to have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, so please be respectful towards all other fellow campers and staff so that everyone enjoys their stay.
Bins & Recycling
Bins are provided on site for the disposal of domestic waste only and not for surplus camping leisure equipment.
Recycling facilities are provided and clearly marked and it would be appreciated if everyone could do their utmost to recycle.
We reserve the right to ask you or anyone associated with your party to leave the site at any time during your stay if anyone's behaviour is found to be anti-social of if anyone is found not complying with the terms and conditions. Management takes no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to property and the use of all facilities are at customers own risk.
COVID-19 Information
As you are aware all restrictions have now been lifted but to find out the latest and up to date information regarding Covid we advise you check the gov.wales website.
Booking Conditions
A booking constitutes a legal contract therefore no refunds are given except under the terms of the cancellation plan (see below):-
Cancellation Plan
- You are responsible for the total pitch fees for all nights booked
- You may cancel your holiday at any time, but we shall only be liable to refund you if you inform us either in writing or email, 6 weeks prior to arrival date
- If you wish to alter dates, please let us know - 14 days notice required - although we are quite flexible if pitches are available in order to accommodate your needs
- Whilst we may accept a booking on payment of a deposit, the balance of fees due on any stay are payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date
- Under no circumstances will refunds be issued due to inclement weather or the need to curtail your holiday for any reason
- Single sex groups of four or more by prior arrangement only.
- Holiday insurance is recommended
